Videos, Videos and MORE videos...

As promised, here are all the video clips I've taken of my Journey from California to Virginia and then Back again into Kentucky... Lots of Videos Guys!

First, I'll Start with the TOUR of the Condo here in Louisville since those are the clips I know most of you want to see first... I've split them into several clips to upload it to YouTube properly, there is a lot to show and see here:

First the Clips I took and then the Clips John took where he explains his painting techniques. I set this up as a playlist so I'm not filling up your pages with individual players, please watch them in order or you'll go "Huh?". ^_^

Parts One-Five:

I am still uploading the Journey Clips and then a Tour of our House after I attacked it with Christmas Decorations... Those are coming in a post as soon as they finish uploading!

I am marveling at how pretty of a house this is. It's kind of a shame that it's gone through so many renovations, but it still looks gorgeous and I'm happy to see that nobody's laid linoleum over your perfect hardwood floors. My father recently did the restoration of a bed and breakfast in our shitty hometown in Mississippi. I was there to help with the light fixtures a little, and let me tell you the wiring in there was original, despite a few remodels it had seen. So there was all this porcelain and copper knob and tube wiring. I can't believe the place hadn't had a horrible electrical fire. Dad had to strip it to the boards to replace it.

Anyway, anyway. I think he's done a great job on the wall painting. I especially like the stencils used in the master bedroom.

Also, I'm horribly amused at his Jeffersonian elves. If Jeffersonian is a word.

Oh what A NICE B&B!!! And yeah, I'm quite amused with the painting here too. An Elf in Victorian digs.

It would be a really nice B&B, but I can't see why anyone would want to go to that po-dunk town, except for the casino, which is a tacky thing with a giant gold ball on top.

I could never play Elves in the enlightenment. It would be like playing Dwarves in a Georgia coal mine.

I'll have to come back and watch the rest later. The torrents I'm downloading are making everything pause. I did see all of the first video, and part of the second. The condo looks gorgeous. I love all the colors of the different rooms. John did an excellent job decorating!

Wish I could have made it through all of his, but he went so fast around it was making me sick. *laugh* And I don't normally get motion sickness. It's all so lovely! I love things done in antique styles!
