Constant unending nasty spam bot comments
every frigging morning I'd wake up to several e-mails "Someone left a comment!"
Always on the same picture and it was always nasty porn with links.
We're not talking het porn but subjects headers like this:
BESTIALITY!
GAY ASIAN BOYS PISSING
It was all scat, bestiality, pedo shit and it was disgusting
and coppermine does not have an admin feature that will allow you to turn off comments.
Monday I woke up to not one, two or three spam comments but 247 overnight.
Just like I totally got rid of my guest book because in one night I had over three thousand messages left all of them for Prescription Drugs.
I deleted
thevirginreaper's guest book totally too yesterday... she had over 20,000 prescription drug comments in hers.I am not storing that info on my server just for a god damn guest book
So I have a new gallery installed and password protected it but made it really easy to get the password for visitors.
All for safeguards so random porn bots cannot spam me constantly.
I also made it so only registered users CAN leave comments. For incentive to actually register I made a few galleries visible to registered users
only as sort of a "bonus thanks" for taking the time to register.

I also found quite a few more old fanart pictures that didn't get resurrected before that's I've put back up in the OLDE ART section
for me to groan over and you to see how really horribly terrifically BAD I was not so very long ago.
