WHEW!

I absolutely HATED my site layout frames, it was TOO MUCH dark blue.

I lightened up the frameset to contrast the colors, I'd be grateful for commentary.

the Resolution is HIGH so it's gonna look funky in 800x600 res. It'll give you scroll bars out the ying yang. Pre-warning.
