I call it Apple Soup, cause of it's consistency when done, but MMMMMMMM
D's Apple Soup
Prep Time 5-15
Start:
1.) 1 Red Delicious Apple (Or Golden whatever Apple YOU like best)
2.) Peal and Core and chop in small bite size peices (Now I have a lovely peeler/corer/spiral cutter from Pampered Chef it takes less than a minute for me, others will vary.)
3.) Toss peices in Bowl... Microwave about 1 - 1.5 minutes
4.) Put on top about 4-5 Ounces of Caramel (I buy the small tub of Martinelli's Caramel DIP and it usually makes about 4 apples so I'm estimating Ounces, I use one huge massive scoop out of the container, I don't measure. OH THAT LOOKS ENOUGH type cook)
5.) Put on top of apples, Microwave again 1 minute MELT IT
6.) Stir make sure all the caramel and apple juice is mixed,
7.) Add two SMALL scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream, mix that in till it melts... it creams up the mixture
8.) Add Cinnamon to taste
It's warm creamy GOODNESS that Kills diabetics like myself but such a NICE treat for Autumn,
