Now that I've figured out phpBBS templates, I'm finding a few that I like so I'm on a tweaking frenzy and making them available to all forum users.
To change the Default Skin, go to your profile and select from the drop down menu the various options of Skins for the forum.
There are a total of nine different skins to choose from, I think that's more than enough for now. I tend to go overboard at times.
