aph-SuFin (My Art) 2


I make great pico de gallo, seriously.
Sitting here munching on some, yummy.

What is Pico de Gallo?

My Recipe:

4 Tomatoes (diced super fine)
1 large yellow (sweet) onion (diced super fine)
2 green peppers (diced super fine)
Fresh Cilantro (diced super fine) (To taste, I use quite a bit, leave some leaves whole for visual appeal)
Lemon & Lime Juice (Again to taste I just squeeze a bunch of it in there)

Let it sit and chill in the fridge 1-2 hours (6+ is best, it lets the flavors blend)

Grab your favorite corn chips (I recommend the scoops kind, they hold more stuff)
