Isn't about presents or Santa Clause or Christ or Religion because of my own beliefs and my diverse friends beliefs... what is it to me?
It's the one time of the year that focuses on what is GOOD about humanity. To me it's about Kindness and Giving, (Oh how I ADORE giving gifts to people, it makes me feel good all year long) and about seeing the end of one year and the welcoming of a new one, of seeing family smile, of sharing good food and better company. It's about music, and laughter, and forgetting the bad things if even for one day.
I love the brightly colored cheerful lights, I love the various food stuffs, the spending of the day with my parents watching sappy waffy old Hollywood Christmas musicals, singing and dancing... etc...
So whether you celebrate Hanukkah, Yule, Christmas, Kwanzaa, Or just get the say off work and enjoy sleeping in...
I hope the day, however you celebrate or don't, is filled with the one UNIVERSAL message that spans them all.
Peace, Happiness, and joyful endings and beginnings.
O Happy Day one and ALL!
All my Love!
