Hello Dana,

Thank you for taking the time to write eBay with your concerns. I'm
happy to help you further.

eBay has removed the listing you've reported that contains your artwork,
listing #3237776788. We appreciate the time you have taken to send this
information to us.

I have reviewed the information that you provided regarding listing
#3237776188, 3237775942, 3237775878, 3237775711, and 3237775804, but at
this point find that I do not have enough evidence to show that the
member has violated any eBay rules regarding Image & Text Theft.

Unfortunately, we will only be able to take action if the owner of the
image or text writes to us. In some instances, certain members will
allow others to use their images. It is also possible that they acquired
the image from a mutual source. Therefore, we often cannot remove
listings based on the representations of third parties whose credentials
we cannot verify.

We do understand the potential for further issues in this type of
situation. That is why, if you feel strongly about this issue, we
recommend you contact the seller(s) to advise them of the information
and recommend they contact us directly. Once we hear from them, we will
take appropriate action.

I have sent a copy of your email to our Infringement department to
investigate the infringement violation. They will investigate and be in
contact with you if they require any additional information.

We appreciate you taking the time to contact us with your concerns.

Please be sure to check our Prohibited, Questionable & Infringing Items
pages for information on what can be listed on eBay. This information
