I swear, every time I try to do some shots outside. Like tonight I wanted dim light so just about sundown went outside and checked to make sure Camera Cat Whore #1 (Needy as seen in last photo shoot) was asleep in the backyard. GREAT!!!

Cat #2 (Jack) was out and about (or so I thought).

No sooner had I got Perdain set up... I hear "MEROW" cause Jack is my talker and sure enough I had to keep one eye on my shots and one Eye on Jack trying to rub on Perdain.

*rolls eyes* Damn Cats. But here's the few decent shots that turned out.

Please note, I have never sewn ANYTHING in my life, unless you count 6th grade Home Ec class where I made a pathetic laundry bag 25 years ago!!!
I've had a sewing machine sitting in the garage for about 10 years and it was so bloody dusty I had to spend 2 hours just cleaning the darn thing.

But I said to myself, I'm an artsy farsty person, I spent several years in the SCA watching others making my garb and if cavemen can develop this skill surely I can use basic reasoning and make a simple Chemise/Tunic.

It didn't come out half bad either.

I spent so much money, but damn, I really REALLY wanted one of these. I'm aways so envious of others walking around at conventions with these beautiful things, now I will finally have one. WHOOPIE!
